Is everything in everyone’s future planned by God? Do a person’s choices play any role in shaping their destiny? Should a person be careful while making a decision, or should they leave everything to God?
Making life choices can be something as simple as picking out a movie on a streaming app. You are going to be investing a considerable amount of time watching that movie, so you need to make sure the one you pick is worthy of your time. This doesn’t mean the movie you have chosen was destined to be watched by you. It’s simply a product of your decision. God has given us free will to choose, select, and work on it.
If someone has advocated a movie, there is a slight chance you may never see it unless you watch it by chance. This is what the selective destiny of karma looks like. It doesn’t change you, but it does amend your views and experiences in different ways. Cosmos also has the power to change your every moment. Everything in this universe holds the power to change itself from time to time; otherwise, our lives would be meaningless.
Your destiny can be changed. It can be rewritten either actively by a cultivator’s power or passively by a worldly person in the cosmos.
However, if you choose to follow your destiny passively, then you will have to live in whatever comes your way. It can always be the consequence of your ignorant actions, your greed, or temptation that can rip you out of your mental and spiritual peace.
On the opposite, when you wish to follow an active path of your destiny, which will show you the reality of life, the cosmic nature of things, and the sacredness of the cosmic spiritual nature, you can see your direction. Whatever obstacle life throws at you, your mind will be in more control, and things will brighten up for you. One can always work on cutting karma by working on improving themselves through the lessons learned. You would always remain cautious from that significant moment.
